Nulearn - Senior Sales Manager (3-9 yrs)
Responsibilities & Skill Sets :
- Generating revenue for the team through educational consulting (Into Up skilling) and by closing sales deals for certification programs.
- Managing Sales and Operations for the counseling team and ensuring monthly, quarterly and yearly targets.
- Should have excellent leadership, delegation, and communication skills, with a drive to meet business targets.
- Responsible for managing leads on daily basis (lead planer, lead assignment and distribution) through CRM.
- Responsible for the individual as well as team targets ( B2C)
- Responsible for assisting team members, conducting team huddles, training, refreshers time to time.
- Should have an innovative mindset, which can come up with creative solutions and implement new ideas.
- Should be well versed with quality standards in the counseling setup
- Should be a people's champion, have excellent interpersonal skills, and a good understanding of the Ed-tech Market
Requirements:
3-4 Years of Team Handling Experience (8-10 Members).
5-8 years of Sales Experience with a mandatory 3 years of experience in Ed tech, Preferably in Upskilling/Higher Education Space
Strong negotiation skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
