Roles and Responsibilities:

- We are seeking an experienced Paid Campaign Manager who is well-versed in performance marketing to drive quality leads on Google Ad, Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads, and other platforms. The ideal candidate should be familiar with the latest industry trends and have a proven track record in driving conversions and increasing ROI for various paid campaigns.

- Develop and implement paid campaign strategies that align with business objectives and goals

- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for campaign optimization

- Create and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads, and other relevant platforms

- Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, and design ad creative to maximize ad performance

- Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI by monitoring and adjusting bids, targeting, and other campaign settings

- Continuously analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports and improvise as per the business requirement.

- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are integrated with other marketing efforts and aligned with brand messaging

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new ad formats, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for campaign success.

Skill Sets Required :

- At least 3-6 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a B2C environment.

- Proven track record in managing and optimizing paid campaigns on Google Ad, Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads, and other platforms.

- Strong analytical skills and experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

- Proven track record of delivering positive ROI from paid campaigns

Position: Full Time, Work from Office (5.5 day working)
