Nucleus Software Exports - Direct Sales Role - BFSI Sector (5-10 yrs)
Direct Sales
- Responsible for Existing Customer New Business and New customer New Business of FinnOne Neo in Indonesia
- Drive sales across FIs in Indonesia
- Building accurate Sales pipeline and identify market trends
- Plan, oversee and execute the organization's brand building and promotional activities.
- Achieve revenue and contribution targets, build credibility & gain market share.
- Determine bid price on the basis of project cost estimation, external environment/ competition and as per the contribution norms.
- Ensure collection of payment as per agreed terms with the customer.
- Ensure compliance to Nucleus values, processes;
- Regular sales activity reporting and account plan for all accounts/ opportunities;
- Participation in preparing Sales proposal and sales pitch to prospects;
- Development of local partners and maintain good relationship with business partners
Profile requirement :
- Total of 10 Years of experience in direct sales
- 5+ years of experience in selling solutions, software products to Finance companies and banks
- Ability to understand and present the company's products and Services from a technical perspective as well as provide commercial overview of their value to existing customers
- Proven track record of initiating and successfully driving new business opportunities at your own
- Excellent Communication and presentation Skills, both verbal and written in Bhasa (for Indonesia) and English
- Ability to engage with senior management of customer organizations
- Should be willing to travel internationally for business meetings
- Ability to learn software product to be sold in market
