Nuclei - Manager - Merchant Partnerships (1-3 yrs)
Nuclei is a fintech SaaS startup working already with over 18+ large enterprise clients across Asia in just a span of over 4 years.
Why are we building Nuclei?
- Before we started Nuclei, we listed down a few guiding principles. These were essentially our learning from the previous startups/companies:
- Think big, think global, and not limit ourselves only to India.
- Build a company. We wanted to be sustainable from day 1 and build a profitable business. This does not mean that we compromise on growth, but we most definitely avoid unsustainable growth.
- Build for the long term, not flip it in a few years.
- And most importantly, we wanted to change the perception about India, from being a back-office/outsourcing destination, to a product destination. All the above points came together to form Nuclei's vision - "To build a well respected global product company. Nuclei is currently undergoing expansion across APAC, MEA & Europe

What will you do?
Some of the things you will be required to do :
- Research about markets and identify key players across segments in key markets
- Understand their business models and create a long term strategy for growth
- Build relationships with multiple partners and negotiate a win-win proposition
- Manage alliances and partnerships for enabling international growth for the company
- Create revenue forecasts, in conjunction with the leadership team
- Liaison with multiple teams inside and outside to ensure delivery
- Own and contribute to the development of the partnership plan
Who should apply?
- Someone with 0 to 2 years of experience
- Startup experience would be a plus
- Someone with an aptitude for business development and curiosity to ask questions
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Must be willing to work in an intense and high growth work environment
- Must be comfortable with traveling (once it is safe to travel)
- Likes to connect and actively engage with key influencers and decision-makers inside an organization.
- Interested in working on the business side of a SaaS startup and ready to dig into work and learn all aspects around it
- Likes to own his work and have an independent mind to think for himself
