Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads in the US market through cold calling, email marketing, and LinkedIn outreach. This role requires a strategic approach to both hunting and farming leads to drive sales and revenue growth.

4. Job Role and Key Responsibilities

- Utilize cold calling, email marketing, and LinkedIn to generate leads and establish connections with potential clients in the US market.

- Conduct thorough research to identify key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.

- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outreach and follow-up strategies.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials to support lead generation efforts.

- Utilize CRM software to track lead progress, update prospect information, and generate reports on sales activities and outcomes.

- Actively participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

- Work closely with the sales team to coordinate efforts and ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's overall growth objectives.

Education and Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales or Inside Sales for B2B clients in the US market.

- Candidates should have worked in the US or UK market for selling any product or services.

- Good verbal and written communication is a must.

Compensation offered: 5 to 8 LPA. Rest depending on the candidate's knowledge and experience.
