About the Role :

- Influencer Marketing is an important lever at Nua to not only build brand awareness and consideration but also to drive traffic to our website - thereby leading to conversions. The influencer marketing executive will specifically plan and execute campaigns that directly effect orders on the website.

- We are looking for someone who is passionate about social media and understands Influencer Marketing. If you are someone who looks at Social Media Influencers as not just content creators but also brand ambassadors, we have an exciting opportunity in store for you!

Key Responsibilities :

- Be abreast of emerging trends in the social media and influencer space

- Liaise with marketing and category teams to set clear objectives for influencer marketing and measure against the set KPIs

- Plan the Influencer Marketing campaign calendar for the month to achieve the set sales objectives

- Identify influencers who can advocate for the brand and drive product sales

- Make data-driven decisions, recommend and implement actions that achieve measurable results, driving towards conversion goals

- Track daily revenue and engagement through attribution platform and internal tools

- Identify, experiment and constantly evolve new approaches to maximize return on advertising spends

The most ideal candidate for the role will :

- Have a degree in advertising/media/communications or a related field

- Proficiency in South Indian languages or familiarity with prominent South Indian influencers

- Have 1 years of prior experience with Influencer Marketing

- Be well versed with the social media landscape in India

- Have strong analytical and reporting skills

- Have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work across teams

- Be organized and able to juggle multiple priorities and deliverables

- Be passionate about the category and the industry of women's wellness
