Responsibilities:
- Attend all incoming calls/emails
- Help customers with their queries and complaints
- Maintain detailed report for all types of queries & complaints/escalations
- Coordinate with the team to resolve all customers issues/queries
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Help the team with improving customer acquisition activities
Skills & Qualifications:
-10+2/Any bachelor's degree
-Fresher/1+ year of experience in a similar role
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Highly empathetic and always willing to help the Nua team
- Enthusiastic and passionate about the work you do
-Willing to work in a startup environment
