NSS-ITC - Team Leader - Telesales (4-8 yrs)
- Sales scripts
- Recording sales calls and meetings details for future reference
- Keeping a track of KPIs
- Taking up any urgent requests or queries in a timely manner
- Any other task, specified by the Reporting Manager
Preferred Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in gaming/Entertainment/e-commerce/ would be an added advantage.
- Accommodation provided by the company
- Hindi and Telegu speaking candidates are preferred
