NSS-ITC - Executive - Telesales (2-6 yrs)
- Be able to communicate both orally and in writing
- Must be skilled in closing the sale
- Must be organized, self-motivated, and possess excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle unforeseen goals
- Drive customer acquisition strategies through both, inbound and outbound campaigns
- Updates and maintains prospect database on a daily basis
- Places outbound sales calls to prospects
- Evaluate risks utilizing underwriting rules and guidelines in order to bind coverage
- Meet sales quotas and revenue targets, and provide a superior customer experience
- Analyze customer needs with limited customer engagement
- Conduct initial and follow-up telephone calls to build a relationship, increase customer loyalty and product distribution while maintaining established customer call frequency schedules
- Monitor competitors' products or services and create selling strategies for own products or services
- Assist and support sales, marketing or other departments in handling customer requests and needs
- Answering customer's inquiries via Chat and Email providing the right information
- Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
- Engaging in active listening with customers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry customers, as needed
- Communicates with other departments to answer customers' inquiries, solve their problems and fulfill their needs
- Building lasting relationships with clients and other team members based on trust and reliability.
- Utilising software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately
- Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company and position
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
- Should be willing to work in rotational shifts as per process requirements
- Detail knowledge of different sports played around the world is a plus
