Customer acquisitions and on-boarding
Management of portfolio of around 150-200 NRI Customers.
Ensuring Savings account deepening and deposits products like TD etc.
Ensuring growth of overall relationship value of the customers
Cross sell of third party products like MF, Insurance, Gold etc.
Customer Profiling, Customer education about product and services
Handling customer complaints and issues
Total ownership of the customers, managing entire customer lifecycle with the Bank.
