NowPurchase - Inside Sales Specialist (1-5 yrs)
What are the expectations from the role :
- Utilize various channels (e.g., cold calling, email outreach, social media) to identify and engage with potential customers, understanding their pain points, and qualifying their interest in our products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the traders through consistent follow-ups, personalized communication, and proactive engagement to move them through the sales funnel.
- Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and value proposition of our solutions to potential customers, highlighting our products such as carbon and ferro alloys.
- Ensure we sell more in volume to the traders.
- Comfortable with cold calling and consultative selling approaches.
- Accurately track and manage sales activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM software, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate with 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in an industrial sales or in a B2B market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential traders/customers.
- Solid understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, and close deals.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales tools and technologies (preferred)
