- Has more than 1 years of field experience and taking sales targets.
Responsibilities :
- Achieving the monthly sales targets.
- Generate business leads by cold callings and walk-ins.
- Diligently managing the unqualified and qualified leads in the CRM.
- Detailing their previous day work in the morning meetings.
- Ensuring customer on-boarding process is fast and smooth.
- Engaging with the existing customers to provide valuable feedback about the product.
Key Skills :
- Should have the attitude to work in a start-up culture and be a doer rather than a suggestion provider.
- Excellent and aggressive work attitude.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Soft skills :
- Ability to handle people.
- Ability to analyze and predict bottlenecks/ issues.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated.
- Should be able to work under high pressure.
- Comfortable with a start up culture - ambiguous and unpredictable work hours.
- You should be a hustler! Think out of the box to resolve recruitment issues.
Compensation :
