NowFloats - Regional Manager - Sales (10-15 yrs)
The Job:
- Set up operations in the region and build the Team.
- Mentor to ensure the success of the region by achieving sales targets.
- Conduct team reviews and closely monitor performance of team members.
- Present the team for new approach in the market to reinforce the bottom line.
- Conduct all kinds of product/process training for any new recruits in the team and also conduct refreshers for the existing team members.
- Consult the team as well as customers, by adopting a consultative selling approach.
- Generate own business leads, business planning/sales planning.
- Diligently manage the ERP and ensures the same is done by the team as well.
- Ensure that the customer on-boarding process is fast and smooth.
- Own and manage the customer life-cycle.
- Involve in customer engagement and provides valuable feedback about the product and services.
- Lead and manage sales and operations to deliver optimum and time bound results.
- Adhere to the values of NowFloats.
- Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople.
- Prepare and review the annual budget for team.
- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
What we are looking for?
- Proven work experience as Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar senior sales role.
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
- Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Availability to travel when needed.
- Good with Excel and MS Word.
