NowFloats - Regional Manager (8-11 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
- Setting up the operations in the region and build the Team
- Mentor to ensure the success of the region by achieving sales targets
- Conducts daily/weekly/monthly team reviews and reporting
- Innovates with the team on new ways to approach in the market to strengthen the bottom line
- Conducts all kinds of product/process training for any new recruits in the team and also conducts refreshers for the existing team
- Becomes a consultant to the team as well as customers, by adopting a consultative selling approach
- Generates own business leads, business planning/sales planning
- Diligently manages the ERP and ensures the same for the team
- Ensures customer on-boarding process is fast and smooth
- Owns and manages the customer life-cycle
- Involves in customer engagement and provides valuable feedback about the product and services
- Leads and manages sales and operations to deliver optimum and time bound results
- Adheres to the values and behaviour of NowFloats
What are we looking for-
- Have fights over chai and samosas to come up with solutions to solve the organisation problems
- Be self-driven, creative, work with least supervision and are passionate about your work
- Have an aggressive work attitude and be a doer than a suggestion provider
- Be able to predict bottlenecks and think out of the box to resolve them
Education:
- Graduation in any stream
- Post-Graduation: Optional
Work Experience:
- Experience in building partnerships for SaaS based products companies
- Individual with prior sales experience in the internet domain
- Minimum 8 years of experience in similar domain or position preferably in Dotcom/BFSI/Telecom Industry
