Delivery Manager :
We are looking for a Delivery Manager to ensure service delivery and foster relationships with clients during projects. you'll be the assigned clients first point of contact, ensuring that our customer's expectations are met and they remain satisfied with our services.
- To succeed in this role, you'll need to communicate well and multi-task under tight deadlines. Experience in handling the SAAS product is a plus. If you're a team player and a problem-solver, we'd like to meet you.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicating client requirements regularly to the teams and working closely with designers, developers, and implementers to ensure the highest quality of Service.
- Ensure Accurate and Timely delivery of service to the clients.
- Build positive relationships with our customers as their primary point of contact.
- Help clients implement services and plan projects effectively.
- Address customer issues with speed and efficiency.
KEY REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
- Project management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills Background in handling the SAAS product and Proficient in MS Office and CRM/project management software
- Customer-oriented approach
- Sharp business acumen
- Problem-solving aptitude
Education- Masters in Business or similar field
