Responsibilities
- Work on end-to-end solutions for the customer :
- Customer activation
- Guiding customer through product features,upselling and activating packages & managing customer escalations
- Call leads from a given list and upsell subscription monthly pricing features
- Maintain database of users contacted and converted
- Analyse and understand the client ROI & suggest right feature set to help the customers business
- Work with product development & experience team on cascading client feedback and helping develop new features
- Hindi speaking is mandatory
- Experience to work with target base culture
- Close the dealsthrough telephonic
