Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets, client acquisition, cross-selling and expanding client database.
- Maintain healthy client relationships and follow up regularly to increase customer retention/renewals and word of mouth referrals.
- Schedule customer meetings on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Ensure appropriate hand-overs and seamless transition to post sales teams in a timely manner.
- Actively shares Voice of Customer with relevant teams to support process and product improvement.
- Update required information and tasks at a defined frequency.
- Maintains a disciplined, timely approach to task update, documentation, communication, and reports.
- Adopts ethical practices and adheres to values, behaviour, and culture of NowFloats and always exhibits them.
