- We are looking for a Mike Ross to a Harvey Specter, as Business Operations- Intern, working closely with the Director of Operations- India. Working on various day-to-day tasks, on-behalf, of the Founders. These include creating presentations, documents, notes, follow-up with various stakeholders, scheduling meetings, travel follow-ups. Researching, benchmarking, analyzing data, and making recommendations while acting as the sounding board to their boss for new ideas and initiatives.

About the Role :

- Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to senior executives.

- Manage calendar scheduling-

- Set-up meetings and conference calls, internally and externally

- Navigate complex calendars dealing with multiple / urgent meeting conflicts

- Coordinate travel arrangements

- Prepare detailed itineraries

- Manage expense reports.

- Draft, review and send email communications on behalf of the executive

- Superior communication ability

- Written and verbal skills

- Telephone etiquette

- Interpersonal skills

- Time management, effective multitasking and prioritization

- Strong analytical skills, with ability to build spreadsheet models

- Attention to detail and a positive attitude to problem solving

- Display discretion, integrity and good judgment in navigating confidential situations

- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality

- This role will have a mix of Strategic and Operational work assignments.

Requirements for the Role :

- Masters degree in Business Administration.

- A creative and enterprising approach to problem solving and proven technical savvy particularly with Microsoft Office 


- Advance Excel is essential, as is steadfast attention to detail
