NovelVista - Executive - Inside Sales (1-4 yrs)
Roles/Responsibilities :
- Monitoring and responding (Email/ Phone) to incoming sales leads
- Proactively follow up with leads (Email/ Phone) for optimum lead conversion
- Maintaining and updating leads data
- Counseling to candidates for choosing a right training course
- Customer relationship management
- Market Research for New Potential Business Opportunities
- Meet and exceed measurable performance goals
- Maintaining excellent service quality from the point of inquiry to follow-up and then closure
- Digital Marketing activities like email campaigns and LinkedIn
Key Skills :
- Sales experience of minimum 1 year
- Excellent written communication
- Fluency in English with very good convincing skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Inside Sales or Support experience will be added advantage
- Must have strong interest in learning new things
- Must be soft spoken and good team player
- Should be confident, target oriented, self-motivated and interested to take up additional responsibilities.
