Job Description :

NovaFocus Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and motivated SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine optimization best practices and techniques to increase organic search visibility, drive targeted traffic, and improve our overall online presence. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from INR 3-4 LPA.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.

- Perform ongoing keyword research, discovery, and optimization for new SEO opportunities.

- Conduct comprehensive website audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.

- Analyze website analytics, tracking metrics, and KPIs to monitor performance and identify actionable insights.

- Optimize website content, including meta tags, titles, descriptions, and on-page elements to improve search engine rankings.

- Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, SEO-friendly content.

- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.

- Assist in link-building strategies and campaigns to increase domain authority.

- Monitor and report on the performance of SEO campaigns, providing detailed analysis and recommendations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 1-2 years of experience in SEO or a related digital marketing role.

- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.

- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.

- Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics and internal reporting tools.

- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), particularly WordPress.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills :

- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administrations.

- Experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics.

- Knowledge of social media and PPC marketing strategies.
