About The Role:
We're looking for rockstar sales reps with proven experience of performance in a hunting and outbound prospecting based set up. Someone who has a very disciplined approach towards selling, managing sales pipeline and keeping CRM up to date at any given point of time and is a result driven professional. A background in B2B sales of SaaS or HRTech or Insurance is a plus.
Core Responsibilities:
- Speaking to Nova's prospective clients
- Understanding their unique requirements
- Explaining and sharpening Nova's value-proposition
- Providing the product team with feedback to improve our offerings
- Manage and forecast a sales pipeline on your own
- Present Nova Benefits to CXOs & senior executives in client meetings
- Communicate constantly with marketing and pre-sales to improve the quality of the sale pipeline
- Ensure a high level of responsiveness with prospects through the sales process
- Proactively source new leads and new business opportunities
Job Requirement :
Expertise & Qualification:
- Apart from over all experience, at least 3 years of B2B sales experience in to insurance broking industry is mandatory
- Good to have experience in fast-growing Insurance/Edtech/Fintech/HRTech/BFSI/SaaS startup
- Experience of outbound prospecting, cold calling and managing sales pipeline
- Previous experience mainly into hunting, new clients acquisition and sales closures
- Experience having sold to Founders, CHROs & HR team or CFOs Finance team is a plus
- Consistently meeting assigned sales targets
- Strong spoken and written communication skills in English
- Disciplined approach towards updating CRM
