Assistant Manager - Overseas Education
Location : New Delhi

Responsibility :
- Advise potential clients (working professionals and executives) on our long-term Executive and Certificate Programs from globally renowned B - Schools such as Harvard Medical School Executive Education, MIT Professional Education, Chicago Booth School of Business, UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, UCLA Anderson School of Management, NUS Business School and Yale School of Management, etc.
- Arranging business development meetings with prospective education consultants
- Developing best practices for interaction with customers including standard FAQs to ensure that we are capturing value and providing the appropriate programs recommended.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Demonstrates ability to leverage internal relationships with other departments to move the lead through pipeline stages.
- Flexibility and adaptability with other responsibilities as given from time to time by the reporting manager.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets which will help in sales and revenue generation.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support`
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Maintain follow-ups over calls to keep building the sales pipeline.
Skills Required :
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- 4+ years of relevant experience in overseas (US), working with consultants
- Proven inside sales/ consultative selling experience with a consistent track record of exceeding acquisition targets.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple programs. Flawless follow-up skills to ensure that leads move to closure.
