Northwest Education - Associate - Performance Marketing (4-6 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage, review, and perform program marketing responsibilities associated with Facebook, Linkedin, Google Ads, Instagram and other digital platforms.
- Provide oversight and manage new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of paid marketing initiatives
- Provide recommendations and points of view on campaign structure, targeting, creative opportunities, executing A/B testing opportunities for bidding, targeting, copy, creative, and landing page strategies.
- Maintain and update a robust audience strategy based on user attributes, interests, browsing patterns, demographic data, custom audiences, and more.
- Plan and execute on monthly and quarterly plans to scale the lead volumes and manage marketing spend.
- Acquisitions & Traffic Growth - Bringing Customer Acquisition Cost down with a steady focus on quality user growth & retention.
- Focus on the ROI of all marketing activities and have work to constantly improve performance.
- Work with the creative team to produce and update digital assets, iterating on the design and messaging strategy based on performance.
Requirements:
- Must have channel expertise relevant to paid digital marketing, marketing tech and its best practices.
- Rich experience in handling Google Ads (Min 2 to 3 years' experience)
- Extensive experience executing and optimizing campaigns within Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn campaign manager.
- Robust experience in brand positioning and marketing to drive aggressive sales.
- Data-driven and very analytical - Strong ability analyze a marketing funnel to size
different growth opportunities, build tests to measure impact, and synthesize complex results into actionable recommendations for senior executives.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying attribute set for target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage and motivate
- Good knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends)
- Excellent communication and project/task management skills.
- Awareness of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative, product, and content teams.
