Northern Arc Capital - Relationship Manager - Sales - Retail Loans (3-6 yrs)
To be primarily responsible for sourcing of retail MSME loans and Affordable Housing Loans.
DESCRIPTION :
- Responsible for active market scoping and sourcing of retail MSME/Housing loans in small ticket segment of INR 5-50 lakhs
- Managing key business development activities including market scoping, lead generation, customer visits, proposal logins, coordinating with credit, operations and other parties to ensure timely closure and disbursement of loans.
- Achieving business targets while ensuring portfolio quality and specified turnaround time.
- Excellent client management and while ensure high quality customer service.
- Engaging with internal and external vendors and relevant authorities for loan approvals.
- Monitor portfolio quality and underlying industry trends
- Responsible for collection of overdue loans while engaging with collections team.
Specifications : Qualifications, Experience, & Competencies :
Minimum Qualifications :
- -Graduate in any stream
Minimum Experience:
- -Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant experience in banking /financial services industry, with specialization in sales function of retail loan portfolio
Skills:
- Strong understanding of loan operations of NBFCs focusing on small ticket loans of INR 5-50 Lakhs
- Proven hands-on experience of sourcing loans from MSMEs Self Employed and Salaried individual in informal and unorganized sectors with strong local market knowledge
- Experience of managing sourcing channel partnerships.
- Exceptional client management skills
- Conversant with acceptable collateral, legal documentation/ mortgage creation processes
- Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills
- Ability to stretch oneself and work under pressure, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, self-motivated individual having an ability to work individually and as part of a team
