Associate - NBFC Partnership & Origination
- Scope, engage and empanel NBFC and BC partner for secured assets and other product launched during time.
- Negotiate and close commercials and binding agreement with NBFC partner.
- Manage tech and process integration between NAC and sourcing partner.
- Manage and scale business from each NBFC / Partner relationship.
- To be one point contact for onboarded NBFC relationship for all issues from sourcing to billing etc.
- Bring on board other non NBFC sourcing and collection partners which can give scale at regional / national level.
- Achieve month on month targets for disbursal and other cross sell products.
- Collaborate with internal tech, product, credit and risk team on day-to-day basis.
- Networking within the industry and representing Northern Arc Capital in public forums
- Create visibility for Northern Arc Capital amongst potential clients/ sector
