Experience & Academics
A degree in any subject is acceptable, although management degree in marketing will be preferred.
- Real Estate industry background.
- Handle Commercial Estate Sales.
- Team - monthly incentive management.
-Confidence and tact in a persuasive manner.
- Sound knowledge of Real Estate Sales and booking procedures.
- Should be target centric and good in team management & coordination.
- Provide Client quotations, with appropriate follow ups.
- To exceed client expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Handle all inbound calls pertaining customer enquires in a prompt and accurate manner.
- Good communication skilled and sound command over English and Time management.
- Working closely with the lead generation team and circulate the leads in the entire team according to capabilities.
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; must aware of spreadsheet, proposal building and client document processing.
- Applicant must be willing to work in extensive hours (weekdays nights, full days on weekend and public holidays as per the client requirements).
