A Business Development Intern is responsible for driving company sales by identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining client satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.


- This role involves a mix of inside and outside sales, requiring both phone-based and face-to-face interactions.


- The Business Development Intern must have strong communication skills, be highly motivated, and possess a keen understanding of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities :

- Client Acquisition : Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

- Client Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Sales Presentations : Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

- Negotiation : Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

- Market Research : Stay updated on market trends, competition, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.

- Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems. Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for management.

- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and streamline processes.

- Customer Feedback : Gather and analyze client feedback to improve products, services, and sales strategies.

Qualifications:

Education: Graduate

Experience: 0-6 months

-Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Must be familiar with Digital Marketing, SEO/SMO/PPC/Website Development/Mobile Applications

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
