The Pre-Sales Executive connects with potential clients, understands their requirements, and collaborates with the design and sales teams to convert leads into successful projects.
Responsibilities :
- Qualify leads and manage client inquiries via calls, emails, and meetings
- Understand client needs, budgets, and project scopes.
- Present company services and proposals to clients.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure smooth communication.
- Organize site visits, meetings, and follow-ups to close deals.
- Track leads and client interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in pre-sales or client-facing roles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
