- We are looking for an enthusiastic Representative to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

- An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

Following is a detailed description of the Job role :

Role & Responsibilities :

- Marketing Qualified Leads, Golden Ratios (MQL to Lead Ratio, Demo to MQL Ratio & More)

- Handle qualification calls for new marketing qualified leads


- Identify if the prospect's BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, & Timing) are in line with our expectations. It's critical to empathise with the prospect and make sure their goals are aligned with our service.

- Connect and engage with leads generated through website, paid campaigns and other lead generation sources including follow-ups.

- Should poses good ICP (Initial Customer Profiling) skills and probing the leads to convert them to Marketing Qualified Leads and transfer them to the Field Sales.

- Execution of campaign to nurture existing leads to convert them to MQLs and there after SQLs so that they keep moving in the Marketing Funnel.

- Coordinating with Marketing Qualified Leads and help them move seamlessly in the marketing funnel.

- Maintaining the reports of the Marketing funnel.

- Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customer needs

- Adhere to quality standards and processes within defined metric

Required Skills :

- Good communication skills and phone etiquettes.

- Client handling skills

- Ability to handle stress and rejection in soliciting clients

Desired Skills :

- Prior experience in sales/business development/voice process will be preferred

- Solution oriented with effective problem-solving skills

- Knowledge of Digital, CRM selling/SAAS will be an added advantage

- Graduate/MBA/ B.tech /B.E from a reputed college or university.

- 2-4 years' experience in BD preferably inside sales.
