Content Writer/Sr. Content Writer
1. Write and edit marketing content for websites, emails, social media, digital ads, and mobile apps.
2. Ensure that the content is compelling and consistent across all channels
3. Collaborate with tech, design and video teams for execution of created content.
4. Support all communication efforts and validate content through industry research.
5. Brainstorm and suggest new ways to improve brand awareness and engagement.
6. Build a deep understanding of the products and SaaS industry, and the company's unique differentiators.
7. Work with Product, Sales and Customer Success teams leaders to understand and help refine the evolving brand voice and tone
8. Write articles, eBooks, newsletters, video scripts, and interactive assets as part of the overall editorial calendar, and in line with the content strategy.
9. Understand the buyer's journey and use that knowledge to create the most impactful top, middle, and bottom-of-the-funnel assets for different products, personas, and verticals.
10. Know what best-in-class content looks like for both SaaS companies and category creators, and bring your ideas to help the brand innovate and exceed the standard of excellence.
