NoPaperForms - Manager - Marketing (3-7 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities :
- Would contribute to the Brand Development, campaigns and Go-to-Market strategies
- Define brand positioning and marketing strategy for various products
- Ensuring brand visibility by supporting all regional sales teams with collaterals and events/activation campaigns
- Autonomously own all events and approved media plans of NoPaperForms - from ideation to execution to final ROI mapping
- Collaboration with external vendors such as BTL agencies (printing and creative adaptation)
- Direct interaction with top accounts to ensure effective brand visibility
- Conceptualizing the marketing strategy for the company along with the marketing team and successful implementation of the same to service both near term and the long-term business needs of NoPaperForms
- Participate in local B2B and B2C events for lead generation and enhancing brand visibility in focused clusters/cities/segments
- Launching & activating various new zones with marketing activities- Handle appropriate media selection
- Monitor competitive activity and ensure appropriate response strategies are formulated and implemented
- Accountable for ROI of all BTL marketing initiatives
- Lead & generate MIS on brand(s) assigned, category, competition and trade at regular intervals so as to result in effective brand management.
