NoPaperForms - Content Strategist (2-5 yrs)
- Write and edit communications for a variety of internal and external audiences and channels, including social media, app users, and employees
- Support all communication efforts through research and analysis assignments
- Support digital communications team with social media content strategy and community management across all channels
- Set guidelines for tone, style, and content of writing and communications
- Strategize to ensure content is consistent and compelling across delivery streams
- Manage our editorial calendar to ensure timely publication
- Identify gaps in our content and recommend new topics
- Monitor web traffic and engagement (e.g. conversions and bounce rates)
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
- Follow industry-related news and generate ideas around trending topics
- Review and update published content as needed
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Proven work experience (1-3 years) as a Content Strategist/Manager or similar role
- Strong Hands on experience and Knowledge of Content Management Systems (eg. WordPress)
- Familiarity with SEO guidelines and keyword research tools (eg. Moz and Google Keyword Planner)
- Experience using social media for business
- Solid writing and editing skills in English
- Willing to learn in fast-paced start up ecosystem with Result-driven mind-set
- Ability to work under pressure, tight timelines
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
