Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Influencer Marketing Manager to understand and contribute to influencer strategies and campaign plans.
- Assist in executing various campaign processes, from reaching out to influencers to assisting in content posting, while adhering to timelines and guidelines.
- Act as a bridge between the brand and influencers, ensuring effective communication and mutual understanding of campaign expectations.
- Support influencers by providing creative direction and assisting in the timely delivery of content assets.
- Assist in reviewing influencer-generated content for brand consistency, quality, and compliance with campaign guidelines.
- Help coordinate revisions and ensure final content approval before posting.
- Learn to monitor influencer posts and engagement metrics on different social media platforms.
- Gain experience in utilizing analytics tools to track and measure campaign KPIs such as engagement rates, reach, conversions, and ROI.
- Collaborate with the team to prepare reports on campaign performance and gather insights for relevant stakeholders.
- Contribute to identifying opportunities for campaign optimization based on real-time data and insights.
- Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices to assist in enhancing campaign strategies.
- Share your insights and recommendations to help improve campaign strategies.
Qualifications and Skills :
- A recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent internship/work experience).
- A strong desire to learn and grow in the field of influencer marketing.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and an eagerness to learn more about the influencer landscape and content trends.
- Developing communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage influencer relationships.
- An interest in developing an analytical mindset and learning to interpret campaign metrics for data-driven decisions.
- Attention to detail, especially when reviewing content and participating in approval processes.
- Willingness to learn how to use analytics and social media management tools.
