Noisy Lion - Manager - B2B Sales/Outbound Sales (4-8 yrs)
Salary : 6-9 LPA (fixed) + Variable (no cap)
We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
Responsibilities :
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients- objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Requirements :
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales or similar role
- Proven sales track record and effective customer acquisition strategies
- Hands on experience with CRM softwares (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
