Location: Noida, Sector-4 [in-office]

Salary: 8-10 LPA

We are looking for an experienced Designer who is able to interpret business needs and client briefs and turn them into compelling creative solutions. As the Head of Design, you must be an effective communicator, especially with design teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1. Distill abstract business concepts and client needs into elegant creative solutions.

2. Pitch ideas and the creative vision to the client and communicate the project outline to the design team.

3. Hands on with designing and building efficient and scalable work processes

4. Take responsibility for the creative vision and the standard of output across team members

5. Ensure that all of the organization's or client's creative output/visuals are consistent with the overall brand.

6. Lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines.

7. Analyze current and future market trends for best practises

Requirements:

1. A minimum of 6 years experience at an Ad agency as team lead

2. An excellent and diverse design portfolio

3. Strong creative skills and the vision to turn briefs into creative projects.

4. In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

5. Proactive leadership with a system's approach and end-to-end accountability

6. Ability to resolve complex design and communication challenges.

7. A bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, advertising, or a related field.
