We at NoisyLion are looking for an Account Manager (Design + Operations) with a background in Graphic Designing.

Responsibilities :

1. Partner with creative and development leadership to define scope, ensure expected timelines and milestones are clearly indicated in digital project plans, lead communication, and escalate issues to stakeholders.

2. Communicate status clearly and frequently to all levels of stakeholders and team members.

3. Monitor team effort, bandwidth, and work with team leads to load-balance for high-priority projects.

4. Identify and escalate pain points and areas for improvement in a timely and positive manner.

5. Stay up to date and enforce industry best-practices

Requirements :

1. 5+ years of project management experience with digital creative department or agency

2. Leadership experience directing and managing growing team of resources

3. Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and be resourceful in a fast-paced environment

4. Applies innovative ideas and critical thinking to improve current and/or introduce new processes and workflows (internal and external), driving creative and development efficiencies/automation

5. Experience with workflow/project management tools

6. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud
