Lead Generation Telecaller
- Cold calling potential customers and building relationships.
- Generating business leads and following up on sales opportunities & close the sales.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services.
- Arranging meetings with clients and carrying out product demonstrations.
- Researching the market and identifying potential target customers to identify and appoint dealers/ network partners/software providers.
- Understand our product and how it can be pitched to client.
- Understand the need of each client.
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. To meet the sales target.
- Customer relationship management during and after the course of services.
