About the job :
- We are hiring dedicated and hardworking individual to join our Sales & Business Development Department. As a senior sales resource, you will get an exciting opportunity to help drive the growth at NoCodeApp.
- Your goal is to boost our sales by reaching out to the potential customers, help us in building and managing a team of sales professionals, monitoring and tracking sales leads and identifying opportunities for sales growth.
- As an ideal candidate, you should be an excellent communicator along with convincing abilities and possess a sales management background. Great report writing skills, amazing negotiation skills, and phenomenal telephone etiquette are essential for this position.

Responsibilities :
- Reach out to clients and schedule a demo for the product
- Develop sales strategies to acquire new clients.
- Monitor and Track sales leads and share them with company leadership
- Analyze data on sales and develop plans to address performance gaps
- Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Product, and Marketing
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
- Answering customers' queries on the product
- Help us in recruiting, selecting, onboarding and training new sales reps
- Work according to company culture and values
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications :
- English Proficiency (Verbal & Written)
- String sales experience (preferable in working with enterprise Saas product company
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives
- Creative thinking skills
- Strong presentation skills

Location :
- Hiring candidates to work from home as of now.
- We have an office in Ahmedabad. Soon we will open an office in Delhi as well and we would prefer candidates from Delhi NCR/Ahmedabad region
