Role Summary:
The Pre Sales plays a pivotal role in our sales process by collaborating with internal teams and engaging with prospective clients to understand their needs and craft tailored solutions. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to effectively position our products/services to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the pre-sales process by gathering and analyzing customer requirements to develop customized solutions.
- Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads, conduct product demonstrations, and deliver compelling presentations.
- Prepare high-quality proposals, RFP responses, and sales collateral to address client needs and requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical and product expertise to support the sales team and address client inquiries.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights based on customer feedback and market insights.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or a related field within the [industry/technology sector].
- Demonstrated success in supporting sales teams and driving revenue growth through effective pre- sales activities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
