Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities and partnerships, develop business policies, and contribute to the overall growth of our company. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to craft strategies that are scalable and compliant with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement business strategies.
- Formulate and refine business policies to promote operational efficiency and scalability.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and new areas for growth.
- Prepare policy proposals, presentations, and reports for senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Manage client onboarding and contract negotiations.
- Track and report business development metrics to assess impact and progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong experience in policy creation, strategic planning, and implementation.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong skills in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and business intelligence tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
