Roles And Responsibilities :
- Be in charge of ensuring each and every client gets the best experience.
- Should be a target-oriented hustler.
- P&L owner for all interior projects in the city.
- Understand each client's requirements and keeping a tab on their experience throughout.
- As a key member of the founding team in the city, understanding insights from the client meetings and suggest process improvements.
- Coordination with different teams for ensuring client deliverable is effectively communicated and met.
Requirements :
- Clear first principle thinking.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to bring in a structure wherever missing.
- Minimum 4 years of experience into Architectural consulting/ Interior Designing/Interior sales.
- Startup experience is preferred.
