Designation - Territory Sales Manager (TSM)
Objective of the Role
- This position would be the first point of contact for our clients and hence is very critical.
- The person would make the client aware about all the benefits of the product and will strive to acquire the client.
About the role
- Should have an interest in Business Development (B2C) for Software Application products/solutions.
- Researching potential leads from the open market, web searches, or digital resources.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
- Meet with Committee Members of Apartments and societies to understand the scope of business and their expectations as they are our potential clients.
- Meet prospective clients, and execute product demonstrations, emphasizing product features and benefits with a motive to get conversions.
- Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for sales Opportunities.
- Onboarding new apartments on the NoBrokerHood platform.
Key Requirements
- Any Post Graduation (MBA Preferred)
- Willingness to travel on the field on a daily basis.
- Should have a vehicle with a valid driving License (DL)
- Should be comfortable working on weekends (Sat & Sun compulsory working), with a week off between Mon-Thursday.
- Excellent communication (English & regional Language) & interpersonal skills.
- Basic MS office excel, word & PPT, etc.
- Effective presentation and negotiation skills
