NoBroker - Territory Sales Manager (1-3 yrs)
About the role :
- Should have an interest in Business development mainly B2C, and B2B for Software Application products/solutions.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposal
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
- Meet prospective clients, and execute effective product demonstrations, emphasizing product features and benefits with a focus on the value of the solution.
- Meet with Committee Members of Apartments and societies to understand the scope of business and their expectations.
- Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for Sales Opportunities.
- Onboarding new apartments on the NoBrokerHood platform will be a major KRA for a BD.
- Researching potential leads from the open market, web searches, or digital resources.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
