About the role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller - Lead Generation to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating sales leads, and contributing to the growth of our business. The ideal candidate will have experience in tele-calling or cold calling, lead generation, and inside sales. Proficiency in the English language, as well as knowledge of the regional language of the location being hired for, is essential.
Job Description:-
Lead Generation:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads and create opportunities for our products/services.
- Qualify leads by gathering relevant information, assessing their needs, and identifying potential interest in our offerings.
- Educate prospects about our products/services, highlighting their features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Maintain a database of potential customers and their contact information for future follow-ups and nurturing.
Cold Calling:
- Initiate contact with prospective customers through cold-calling efforts to introduce our company and offerings.
- Engage in effective communication to build rapport, address any concerns, and generate interest in our products/services.
- Follow a script or a set of guidelines to ensure consistent and effective communication with prospects.
- Handle objections and rejections professionally, seeking opportunities to convert leads into sales opportunities
Data Management and Reporting:
- Accurately record and maintain lead information, call details, and customer interactions in the CRM system or any designated database.
- Generate regular reports on call activities, lead conversion rates, and other relevant metrics as required.
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to optimize lead generation efforts.
Mandatory requirements for this position
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in tele-calling or cold calling, lead generation, or inside sales.
- Excellent communication skills in English and/or any regional language( Hindi, Marathi, Malayalam, Tamil, Gujarati).
- Persuasive and confident communication style, with the ability to engage with customers effectively.
- Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs and identify opportunities.
- Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for lead management and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong work ethic.
