NoBroker is seeking a talented Bilingual Content Writer proficient in both English and Hindi to join our dynamic content team. The selected candidate will primarily focus on crafting engaging news articles for our real estate blog in English and repurposing existing English content into Hindi blogs.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Write compelling news articles covering real estate trends, market updates, and industry insights for our English-language blog.

- Translate and adapt existing English articles into high-quality Hindi content for our Hindi-language blog.

- Collaborate with the editorial team to brainstorm and develop content ideas that resonate with our target audience.

- Ensure all content is accurate, well-researched, and adheres to NoBroker's brand voice and style guidelines.

- Stay updated on industry news and trends to produce timely and relevant content.

- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve organic visibility.

Key Competencies :

- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or related field.

- Proven experience as a content writer, preferably in journalism or digital media.

- Exceptional proficiency in both written English and Hindi, with a keen eye for detail and language.

- Strong research skills and the ability to gather and synthesize information from multiple sources.

- Creative thinking and the ability to generate original ideas for engaging content.

- Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

- Passion for real estate and a deep understanding of the Indian market landscape is a plus.
