About the role :
- We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team and drive sales for our AI-based SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in selling AI solutions to enterprise customers.
Responsibilities :
- Act as a technical expert during the sales process and provide technical support to clients and sales teams
- Understand and communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of our AI-based SaaS solutions to potential customers
- Demonstrate and present our solutions to clients, both in person and remotely
- Respond to technical questions and objections raised by potential customers
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and recommend solutions that meet those needs
- Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback on customer requirements and market trends
- Stay current on industry trends and developments related to AI and SaaS solutions
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales engineering, with a focus on AI-based SaaS solutions
- Basic technical understanding of AI, machine learning, and SaaS solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques
- Experience analyzing and interpreting business intelligence data
- Familiarity with enterprise sales processes and methodologies
