Minimum Relevant Experience in Years :1 year or more as TL
Total Years of Experience (Max) : 6 Years
Key Responsibilities -
- Basic knowledge on call audits
- How to control attrition
- EWS tracker
- RAG analysis
- Performance management of team,
- Good communication
Required Skills:
- Good Team handling skills, Good excel/google sheet skills.
- Should be from Calling Background.
- Should be comfortable to work under pressure
- Should be an individual / team performer
- Should be comfortable to work on weekends and will be getting weekly off between
- Monday to Thursday only
- Should be an immediate joiner
- Should have handled a span of 10 - 15 executives minimum, from sales process.
- Should have experience in handling escalation calls as well.
