Job Description :
1. Prepare and document content (presentations and videos) for training sales executives
2. Deliver an intensive training module to all new joiners in the sales and business development team
3. Conduct feedback sessions and improve the training content
4. Attend sales meetings on a bi-monthly basis to understand the changing needs of the customer
5. Take responsibility of PIP candidates and ensure better performance
6. Attend business meetings and realign training content according to the requirement
7. Understand all job roles in the organization and create a learning plan for career success
Ideal Candidate :
1. Atleast 3 years of sales experience inclusive of a minimum of 1 year on-field sales experience
2. Atleast 2 years of experience in training on-field sales executives
3. Experience in delivering training for a technical product is a must
4. Proficient in creating training presentations and product videos
5. He/She should be comfortable with Adhoc travel assignments
6. Having proficiency in multiple regional languages is an add on
7. An immediate joiner is preferred
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills :
