NoBroker - Sales Trainer (4-15 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Impart sales and process training to field sales team across 5 cities

- Build training programmes in various formats i.e. playbook, virtual video conferences, on-field training, and guided role-plays

- Regularly participate in internal and external meetings to observe and make notes of the scope of the improvement

- Build and deliver onboarding programs for new joiners, and support wherever required.

- Evaluate and create the MIS reports of the team performance post the deployment of training programmes

- Create feedback mechanisms for all the processes and systems for the continuous evolution of the department towards the final goal

- Ensure the sales team is adhering to standard operating procedures and policies

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree, master's preferred

- Possess strong selling knowledge and skills

- 2-3 Years of experience in real estate sales

- Demonstrates strong communications skills and professional credibility to influence sales professionals

- Demonstrated success in recommending learning solutions to drive sales results

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Training Management, Meeting Management, Presentation Skills
