It also further strengthens the safety of your society by keeping visual and digital records of all entries and exits - accessible anytime and anywhere - and automates staff entry through a facial recognition or biometric process.
We are hiring Business Development Managers for NOBROKERHOOD.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
1. Daily connect with the existing NBH society to understand the requirement and monetisation request and what all we can do in terms of Marketing activities and channels we are already having with us.
2. Regularly connect with the brand team to see what all brands they have, what all requirements and what all activity is feasible to achieve.
3. Payment processing to the community with the details they captured while taking the blanket approval for all marketing channels.
4. Retain the brand and ask for more activities for the recurring model to get brand retention and mint more revenue.
5. Proper analysis and metrics report to be made post every activity to give the minutes of activity and understand scope of improvement.
6. Can also think of multiple new ways of marketing channels to be initiated or added to the existing brand as an offering.
REQUIREMENTS :
KEY QUALIFICATIONS ;
- Graduation in any field
- Minimum 2 years of experience, even freshers can also apply.
- Willing to travel on field.

Communication : Excellent communication skills in English and the regional language.
Empathy : Understand the field sales as the demos need to be given at the societies.
